We only collect essential information required to deliver the cohort experience and match you with your Accountability Team:

• Account & Contact Info: Name, email address, and cohort preferences provided during checkout.
• Accountability Goals: Information you submit during the setup session regarding your 30-day commitment.
• Daily Progress Logs: The daily "commit, complete, close" updates you post within your private team.
• Payment Data: Secure payment processing is handled entirely by our external payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to run and improve your cohort experience:

• Matching you with your 6-person Accountability Team and team guide.
• Sending daily reminders, weekly session links, and cohort announcements via email.
• Tracking your progress and managing your grace day eligibility.
• Providing access to the Private OVERDUE Community.

4. Team & Community Privacy

Your daily progress posts and goal commitments are visible only to the members of your designated Accountability Team and cohort facilitators. We never sell or lease your personal information to third parties or marketing advertisers.

5. Data Security & Storage

We employ modern encryption standards (SSL/TLS) and secure database access protocols to guard your data. Your cohort access remains active after Day 30 at no additional cost, but you may request complete deletion of your profile and data at any time.
