1. Introduction

Welcome to OVERDUE. By enrolling in our 30-day cohort or purchasing access to our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Program Rules & Grace Day Policy

OVERDUE is built on active daily execution and mutual accountability. As a participant, you agree to:

• Daily Posts: Submit your 3-step loop (commit, complete, close) daily.
• Grace Days: You are granted 1 grace day across the 30-day cohort.
• Removal Policy: Missing 2 days will result in forfeiting your active place in the Accountability Team to maintain team integrity.

3. Payment Terms

The enrollment fee is $297 (One-time payment). There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or auto-renewals. Once paid, you receive full access to the 30-day cohort, kickoff session, weekly calls, and post-cohort community access.

4. 100% Satisfaction Refund Policy

We offer a full refund guarantee under the following condition: If you remain active on your Accountability Team through Day 30 and feel the program did not deliver value, you may request a 100% refund via email within 14 days after Day 30.

5. Community Code of Conduct

Respect, privacy, and constructive feedback are required across all team calls and community channels. Harassment, spam, or unauthorized self-promotion will lead to immediate removal without a refund.
